I just bought the product. It connects to the gps and gives the right position, but I can't get any map. The system only tells 'downloading', and when finished it only shows a blue image. What should I do to see the downloaded map?

I got a map of my town by the offline tool, and copied it to the phone. When I select the folder I get to the map. Then I have the choices 'save selected folder' and 'select'. If I choose 'select' the system tells me 'choose load to load the selected file. Selection is not a directory'. Then, where is the option 'load' for an offline downloaded map?
