GPS Watcher Plus Installation (Resolved)

I downloaded GPS Watcher Plus from www.i10m.com/ota and transfered the .jad file onto my Sony Ericsson W700i phone. On installing the application, it asked to download, which I did and the application installed. I accidently then deleted the application from the phone. Now when I try to install the application, its doesnt download and install. It says "Download failed"
Is the application istallable only once or am I haveing issues within my mobile or my service provider?
Please advice.

I have already paid $40 for this software and have received nothing. I know the payment has gone through but nothing still. I have emailed the support depart and received no reply....so i am very concerned at the lack of support.
