I think you attempted downloading the application on to your PC.

Can you try hitting www.gpswatcher.com/ota from your mobile phone browser. Once the mobile phone browser fetches the jad file from the server, it automatically downlaods the corresponding jar file from our server and installs the application on your phone.

Alternatively if you still want to use your PC to download the application because of unavailability of GPRS on your phone, you can download jar and jad files from our server

http://www.gpswatcher.com/ota/trial/unsigned/GPSWatchTrial.jad
http://www.gpswatcher.com/ota/trial/unsigned/GPSWatchTrial.jar

and push it to your phone via bluetooth or transfer it to memory card an install it from there.
