BUT: within 'manage waypoints' export (.kml) and in exportfile (trace.txt) you are using mobile's time, not time when waypoint has been reached - feature or mistake ? (using v2.5)

Its perhaps the feature...but do you think we should use the GMT time for tracking waypoints, we feel it will not be very comfortable.
