i've just installed Platinum ver. of GPSWatch .. I have a problem with my GPS BT receiver. The model is SBS BTG7000. When i try to connect it , the application say " Incompatible device..." My phone model is Razr V3X. Could anyone help me ?

Can you mail the exact point at which the application throws error in the following cycle to support@i10n.com
Start App -> Click Connect -> Enumerate all devices -> Connects to selected device -> Gets data
